My first days working with field research were already very intense:
🤯 I had to command, from planning to delivery the results, 3 consecutive days of usability tests.

♻️ Some rules were already pre-established:
- The tests would be conducted in person, at 2 physical stores of the company;
- The object of the pilot study would be the company's main e-commerce store;
- The compensation for participating in the pilot project would be a R$50.00 discount coupon for purchases starting from R$100.00 (yes, you could spend 100 and pay 50!);
- We would have to approach people who were in the store at the time and convince them to participate in the study

With these principles in mind, let's get to planning!
Note: The planning and leadership of this test cycle happened thanks to the many free contents about UX Research in Portuguese (thanks guys, really!!) and also thanks to the study and practice done in the UX Unicorn course.
