🫡 Upon my arrival, shortly after a few months of getting acclimated and supporting UI Design deliveries, the time had come to delve into user research work.

👨🏻‍💻 As I shifted from designing screens to conducting research, I naturally became more acquainted with the practices, principles, and research processes.

🤓 At some point, I realized that we needed a Research Process for Hortifruti. This would standardize methods, tools, and the practical aspect for the company's future UX Research Department.

2. Determine the research frequency and tracking metrics.

If the research isn't a one-time occurrence but rather cyclical, establish how often it will be conducted. Additionally, it's essential to map out which metrics will translate the progress towards the defined objective.

3. Explore the topic - Desk Research

Extensive compilation of existing materials and information regarding the main research subjects, for context establishment and hypothesis generation.

4. Organize initial knowledge - CSD Matrix
